Q: Is the Axonify Content Marketplace really free?

A: Yes! All Axonify Learn customers get access to the Content Marketplace to help populate their platform with quality content to help their frontline do their best work every day.

Q: Who writes the questions and creates the modules for the Axonify Content Marketplace?

A: Our own dedicated team of instructional and multimedia designers. They evaluate the source material for each subject and choose and create the components that will best teach the content.

Q: How do you decide what content to add to the Marketplace?

A: We monitor the latest industry trends and prioritize content that addresses the everyday challenges of frontline employees. Luckily, our amazing customer community is always pitching in with fresh ideas! Send your suggestions through our Content Wishlist, and our team will look into it!

Q: Once I request content from the Content Marketplace, how do I access it?

A: When a request is made, someone from the Marketplace team will share it with your Axonify platform. The content can then be found in the “Axonify Content Marketplace” category. From there, you can use the content as is or copy the subject out of the category to make changes to it.

Q: Once I request content from the Content Marketplace, how long will it take to receive the content?

A: You will see the content in the “Axonify Content Marketplace” category in your platform within 2 business days.

Q: Is the content OSHA/WHMIS compliant?

A: While we are not officially affiliated with these governing bodies, we use their websites and training resources as our ‘alpha sources’ when creating the content for the Marketplace to help reinforce their teachings. Legal accountability for compliance lies solely with our customers at this point in time.

Q: Does any of your content follow specific regional or government laws or regulations?

A: Our content is not compliant with any regional or government laws. When subjects and topics are in development, our team of instructional and multimedia designers focuses on content that can be relevant to a wider audience and is not limited to regional/governmental regulations, laws, or policies.

Q: I have an idea for a subject to add to the Content Marketplace; how should I let you know?

A: That’s great! You can submit your idea through our Content Wishlist. Please provide as much information about the subject you want to see, and our team will evaluate your request.

Q: Can the questions or videos in the Content Marketplace be customized?

A: Questions can easily be modified in your Axonify platform once you copy them out of the Axonify Content Marketplace category. Videos can be modified if they are eligible for Content Studio and your company has purchased a Content Studio subscription.

Q: Do you have content in languages other than English? How do I tell what content has been translated?

A: You can use the language filter in the shop to see which subjects are available in other languages. If a subject is available in other languages, you will also see a globe (🌎) after the subject name.

Q: How can I tell if a topic was translated by a human or using AI?

A: If a subject is available in other languages, you will see a globe (🌎) listed after the subject name. Once you enter the subject, there will be a tab for each topic called “Available Translations” that will show you what languages are available and how each item included in the topic was translated.

Q: I have feedback on a subject; how do I share it with you?

A: We love to receive feedback on our content. Please email us your feedback at marketplace@axonify.com, and we’ll follow up with the changes made.
